School Board Election Information

The Board of Trustees consists of seven board members elected to serve, without compensation, for overlapping terms of three years each.  Elections are conducted annually in May.  While candidates run for specific seats, they do not represent specific geographical areas; rather, each represents all students and all residents of Tioga ISD.

The next Tioga ISD School Board election will be on May 4th, 2024.

The seats up for election at that time are:

Seat 2 - currently held by Dallas Slay

Seat 5 – currently held by Dugan Rainey

Seat 6 – currently held by Stacy Price

Those interested in applying for a seat on the School Board and who meet the eligibility requirements may complete an application for a place on the ballot. Applications are available from Sondra Hall at the Tioga Secondary campus.  The filing period begins January 17th, 2024 and ends February 16th, 2024 at 5 P.M.
