Junior High Girls' Strength and Conditioning - Updated Schedule

Due to large numbers, indoor activities, staff availability, and gym space, junior high GIRLS strength and conditioning will follow the schedule below. 

July 13th-July 17th-   Middle School Gym

Monday-Wednesday 5-7 PM, Thursday morning- 8AM-10

 

July 22nd-July 23rd- Middle School Gym

Wednesday 5-7 PM, Thursday 8AM-10

 

July 27-30- Middle School Gym

Monday-Wednesday 5-7PM, Thursday morning 8AM-10

 

Aug 3rd-Aug 6th-Middle School Gym

Times subject to change due to teacher in-service schedules

Monday-Thursday 3-5 PM

 

Aug 10-12th- Middle School Gym

Times will be determined at a later date depending upon meet the teacher, in-service, and gym availability.

 

All strength and conditioning is encouraged but not mandatory.  Our goal is to give each athlete an opportunity to improve physical fitness as well as sport skills for volleyball.  We have strived very hard to follow all UIL rules and guidelines with COVID 19.  Please understand these guidelines change frequently.  Boys and girls restrictions are very different due to indoor and outdoor sports. We will continue to do our best to keep your children safe and healthy.  Please understand this schedule may change as guidelines change.
